Privacy policy

TurboTech is a garage management platform operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Garages use it to run their workshops; you use this portal to book visits, approve work and pay for your car.

Each garage you deal with is responsible for the records it keeps about your vehicle and its work. We process that data on the garage's behalf.

Your name, mobile number and email; the vehicles you register (make, model, plate, VIN, mileage); bookings, estimates, approvals, job progress, invoices and payments; and the files the garage attaches, such as photos and inspection reports.

Technical data needed to keep your account safe: sign-in times, device and browser, and IP address.

The garage that serves your car sees the records of that work. A garage cannot see your dealings with another garage.

Payment providers see what they need to take a payment. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Service and financial records are kept for as long as UAE law requires garages to keep them — invoices and tax records for at least five years. Records are never silently erased; a correction is made by a new entry, not by deleting the old one.

You can see your records in the portal at any time, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, and close your account. Closing your account stops new use of your data; records a garage must keep by law remain with that garage.
